We can not out give God!
For God so loved you that He gave His most valuable offering. He gave His Son, Jesus. And out of our response to the love God has shown us we give.
What is tithe?
Malachi 3 instructs us to bring “tithe,” which is 10% of our income, to the temple. This is the only place in the Bible that gives us permission to “Test God” with our giving. The Bible talks more about the promises of giving than the command of giving.
2 Corinthians 9:11 says, “You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.”
